We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product received is defective
You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return:
The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
Used candles
Products without original packaging
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
If the return is approved due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will guide you through the return process. In such cases, return shipping may be arranged or reimbursed as applicable.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
